Tuesday 10 January 2023 at 7.30 pm, here in the Trattoria there will be an evening dedicated to the guide “Osterie d’Italia 2023” with a tasty six-handed dinner in collaboration with the Slow Food Oglio Franciacorta and Lake Iseo Convivium.
The taverns and trattorias are the main ambassadors of our cuisine in the world. Behind their dishes there are the stories of their families, of the territories, of the small producers of agri-food chains destined to succumb in the face of large-scale distribution
We will talk about this with Eugenio Signorini, editor of the guide, who will dialogue with the cooks of the premises with the “Chiocciola” (snail), the highest honor attributed by the guise, present in the Conduct:
– Resi Martinotti, Antica Trattoria Piè del Dos in Gussago
– Michele Valotti, The Madia di Brione
Greta Gemmi, chef of the restaurant Al Resù in Lozio (BS), winner of the “Best Young Award, Vittorio Fusari – Franciacorta” will cook with them in the “Six-Handed Dinner”
And it is precisely to young people that the “Vittorio Fusari” prize is aimed, which is annually awarded to the best young person who has distinguished himself by interpreting the values of which Vittorio was the bearer.
In the glass: the different types of Franciacorta
During the evening it will be possible to purchase the Slow Food guide “Osterie d’Italia 2023” at a very discounted price
